Late — A

Scales automatically with max HP forever — the rare blue spell that never stops earning its slot.

Where to learn it

Eat works when the enemy is at ¼ of its HP or less; during Trance, Cook works at ½ or less. This is the #1 reason Eat “doesn’t work”.
