Early — B

Strong from the moment it exists, limited only by how early you can reach a teacher.

Late — S

Pre-casting resurrection before every dangerous boss is one of the best defensive actions in the game.

Where to learn it

Eat works when the enemy is at ¼ of its HP or less; during Trance, Cook works at ½ or less. This is the #1 reason Eat “doesn’t work”.
